Child Prices

- Our child fares are for children aged between 5 – 14 years inclusive.
- Children under 5 years of age travel free of charge but are not allocated a seat or meals. If all other seats are occupied, they must be carried on the lap of their parent or guardian.

Prices and Itineraries

- All fares quoted are in Latvian currency and include VAT.
- All fares and itineraries are effective from December 2009.
- The operator reserves the right to cancel tours, amend fares and change itineraries in unforeseen circumstances.
- The operator reserves the right to use other accredited tour operators during peak periods.


Cancellation fee / refund

1. Short Tours/Attractions/products (with duration of one day or less) and not including overnight accommodation will not result in any administration fee.

2. Tours/Attractions/products including overnight accommodation
- Cancellation between 20 to 10 calendar days before services begin: You will be charged 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation within 10 calendar days before the services begin: You will be charged 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellation the day of the services or after: You will be charged a 50% cancellation fee.

3. Please note that certain supplier may apply more stringent cancellation fees, which might apply if relevant.

4. Procedure to cancel a booking
- Full cancellation of services previously confirmed by us must be followed by a confirmation of cancellation from us.

5. Tour operator will not be responsible for any cancellation not received and not confirmed back to you and might debit the relative cancellation or no-show charges.

Important

- The liability of Red Fox Tours / redfoxtours.eu and its affiliate web sites is limited. Red Fox Tours / redfoxtours.eu acts only as an agent for the passengers in all functions pertaining to tours, attractions, hotel reservations and accommodations, restaurants, meals and services, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature, and assumes no liability for injury, loss, damage, accident, delay or inconveniences which may occur either by reason of defect, or as acts of government or other civil authorities (war, civil disturbances, strikes, etc.) or from any cause beyond Red Fox Tours / redfoxtours.eu control.
- Red Fox Tours / redfoxtours.eu can accept no responsibility for the loss or additional expenses due to delay or changes in schedule or other causes. Red Fox Tours / redfoxtours.eu and his suppliers reserve the right to vary itineraries in order to improve each tour, to the tour members’ enjoyment and advantage.
- Red Fox Tours / redfoxtours.eu and its suppliers reserve the right to cancel or rescheduled any tour departure in accordance with operation requirements.

Hotel Pick-ups

- Pick up times may vary 10 minutes depending on traffic.
- Please wait outside accommodation 5 minutes prior to given pick up time.

Travel insurance

- Travel insurance is not included. We recommend you have appropriate insurance, including a cancellation policy.

Health, Passport, & Visas

- Each customer has to check he has the appropriate documents for his journey especially (but without limitation) if he booked tours, packages or transfers including flight or visit of a country different from the country of departure. He has to own and bring a passport (with visa if necessary) or a valid ID card. No refund will be granted in case of lack or loss of ID documents.

Any booking made with Red Fox Tours / redfoxtours.eu will be governed by and subject to the Terms & Conditions. No variation to these Terms and Conditions shall be of any effect unless made in writing by and with the authority of Red Fox Tours.
